- Usage Data: We log system metadata, API request frequencies, response latencies, and platform activity data to monitor performance, debug errors, and scale TPU resources.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To operate, manage, and scale the AlphaDeep platform and compute clusters.
- To orchestrate TPU-optimized training jobs and serve serverless API inference endpoints.
- To process usage-based billing per model request.

3. Payment Processing & Stripe
All subscription management, billing calculations, and credit card processing are handled securely through our third-party billing processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store or collect your payment card details on our servers. Your billing information is provided directly to Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data, datasets, or trained weights to third parties. We share information only in the following circumstances:

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (in transit and at rest) to protect your dataset files and model weights inside isolated enclaves.
